Do you work with my health insurance?
We contract with over 150 health insurance plans, so we probably work with yours. A partial list includes Medicare, Medicaid/ DSHS, Premera Blue Cross, Regence Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, First Choice and Uniform.

Do you work with my auto insurance company?
Yes, we work closely with all auto insurance companies.

Do you work with my Lawyer?
Yes, we will work very closely with your lawyer.

How do you bill for my services?
We call your insurance plan to confirm your physical therapy benefits before your second visit. We will bill your insurance company if you have given us all the pertinent information. You will be required to pay for your therapy until we have enough information to bill your insurance.

When do I pay my co-pay?
We ask that you pay your portion of the cost on the day of service with either cash, check or credit card.

How do I learn what my insurance benefits are?
We recommend you contact your insurance personally to find out your benefits. We will be calling them as well, and will tell you what we have learned about your benefits.

What are your clinic hours?
We see patients beginning at 9:00am Monday-Friday. Our last appointment is at 5:00pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and at 8:00pm Tuesday and Thursday. If you require appointments outside these hours please call us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
